File upload facility

In the event of a database corruption you will need to backup your database to a zip file (See the Utilities menu) and send it to us. If the zip file is less than 1Mb then it is OK to email it to us. However, if it is larger, it is quicker to upload the file to our web site. Simply click the Browse button below to select the backup file on your computer and click Upload to send it to us.

Please Note: This can take some time to upload depending on your Internet connection speed and the size of the file. With a dial up connection expect it to take 15 minutes per Mbyte of data.
